• The card may be used in local ATMs and POS terminals and in other countries aside from the Philippines and China. When transacting in the Philippines, the client’s Peso account will be debited by default. When the card is used in China, the client’s RMB account will be debited.

o Note: In the event that the balance in either account is insufficient, the other account will be debited. The transaction amount will be converted based on the rate of the day.  

• Cardholders can perform different transactions via ATMs and POS terminals such as cash withdrawals, balance inquiry, bills payment, prepaid e-loading and purchase.

• Bank of China is a BancNet Member which allows you to conveniently access your debit card through BancNet’s network consisting of 20,000 ATMs and 300,000 terminals!

• As a BancNet member, this means more affordable local transaction rates.

• Fees:
Balance Inquiry: Fees depending on the acquiring bank

Bills payment and e-loading: No transaction fees

Local cash withdrawal: Withdrawals at Bank of China ATMs are free of charge. While withdrawals at BancNet ATMs are charged according to the fees of the acquiring bank.

Mainland China cash withdrawal: CNY 10 + 2% of transaction

Overseas (outside of Philippines and China) cash withdrawal: PHP 100 + 2% of transaction

• Transaction Limits per day:

ATM: PHP100,000.00 (local and other countries aside from China) or 5,000.00 (China)

POS: PHP250,000.00 (local and other countries aside from China) or 50,000.00 (China)
